Does VOS replace my order management system?

No. VOS is order taking software, not an ERP or a full order management tool. It handles the front of the process: getting orders from your customers to you, no phone needed. Each order then reaches your existing software or inbox, so the way you pick, invoice and ship stays the same.

Will my restaurant customers use the app?

Ordering in the app takes less effort than calling it in, so they have good reason to. It runs on their own iOS or Android phone, and their order guide already lists what they buy from you. They talk through the order whenever it suits them, then send it. If they get interrupted, the order saves and they finish it later.

Can restaurants use VOS to take orders from their guests?

No. VOS is not a POS system and not a menu or online ordering tool for diners. It covers the supply side: restaurants use it to send their orders to you, their distributor. Guest orders stay in whatever POS the restaurant already uses.

How does VOS reduce order errors?

Your customer builds the order from the items in their guide and checks every line on screen, so a misheard word gets fixed before sending. Your team receives the finished order in your SKUs, with a number and a time on it.
